You can book directly through our website by selecting your travel dates and completing the reservation. If you need assistance or have any special requirements, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Our condo is part of Majestic Beach Resort and chock full of amenities. Majestic Beach Resort is centrally located on PCB with 5 pools, bars, restaurant, shop, Starbucks, movie theater with stadium seating, tennis court, pickleball court, … Well, you get the idea.

Check-in is typically after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule—just contact us in advance to confirm.

When checking out, please follow this checklist:

• Please load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Please empty the refrigerator. Please take the trash to the chute down the hall. Leave the bedding on the beds, the cleaning crew will strip them.
• Don't forget to leave the blue wrist bands on the counter and do a final check for your personal belongings.
• We have left a guest book in the living room and we invite you to leave a note about your stay.
• Please text me when you have checked out. We may have another guest coming in after you and I will let my cleaning crew know when they can get started.
   

We’re always available to assist you. You can contact our support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp for any concerns or questions during your stay. We aim to respond promptly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away = Full refund.
• Cancellation > 7 days before Check-In = 50% refund of Rental Rate + Cleaning Fee + Damage Deposit.
• Cancellation <= 7 days before Check-In = Only Cleaning Fee + Damage Deposit is refunded.

VISITORS?

Ah, visitors. They can turn a quiet vacation rental into a bustling hub of activity or, in some cases, into the scene of an out-of-control party. Let’s take a little stroll down memory lane. When vacation rentals first hit the scene, most of us were renting out a room in our homes or maybe that charming little cottage in the backyard. It was a cozy setup, just right for one or two weary travelers. But oh, how times have changed! Now, you can rent anything from a yurt to a mansion.

But with great power comes great responsibility, and sometimes, great parties that we didn't exactly sign up for. You've probably heard the stories of Airbnb parties gone wild, leading some communities to crack down hard on vacation rentals or ban them altogether. Those wild parties? Yeah, they weren’t just because the booked guests had a bit too much fun. It was usually a case of a few guests inviting a lot more friends than anyone expected.

So, as hosts, we have to be vigilant about visitors. We don’t want our lovely rental to become the next headline. Here’s how we keep things under control: We are limited by fire code to only have 4 overnight guests so that is why we have that maximum advertised. If you are expecting guests, keep in mind that we are only a one-bedroom and we cannot accommodate a large number of visitors. We ask that you limit the total number of people to 8 at any given time.

Here's the deal: If you're planning a party with a huge number of people, the security for the building will intervene and ask for the visitors to clear out. They are empowered to evict guests if there are problems so let’s be cooperative.

Sandy Cheeks is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps 4 comfortably and is limited to this number by fire code. We gladly welcome your party of 4 or less for the same price so don’t worry about additional guest fees.

Sandy Cheeks offers:

• A Fire Extinguisher
• Smoke / Fire Detectors
• Carbon Monoxide Detectors
• Swimming pools have latching gates
• Dead Bolt electronic smart Locks
• Exterior Ring Camera monitoring

We provide a limited amount of "Starter Supplies," designed to make your arrival comfortable. The "Starter Supplies" included with each booking:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 2 garbage bags
• 2 dishwashing pods
• 2 laundry pods
• 2 hand soap dispensers
• 1 bath soap bar
• 1 body wash bottle
• 1 shampoo/conditioner bottle
• 2 makeup remover wipes

Please plan to bring additional supplies of the above items, any other items you'll need during your stay, including food, drinks or personal products (such as coffee or shampoo).

** TRASH CANS:

Sandy Cheeks has a kitchen trash can that takes a 13 gallon bag. The bathroom has a small trash cans that a Walmart bag cans suffice as the trash liner.

Not at this time.

Panama City Beach has several "ride share" services, including Lyft and Uber.  Please keep this in mind when booking: Majestic Beach Towers offers a parking garage with one space available for registered guests. There is also limited off street parking for those bringing more than one vehicle.
